As a founding Grade 1 teacher at Eden Schools Chartwell, I contribute to curriculum development, marketing initiatives, and stakeholder relationships while helping build the school's academic reputation.

At St George's Academy, a special needs school, I designed differentiated learning programmes, provided one-on-one support, adapted teaching strategies, and produced detailed progress reports for learners with varied learning difficulties. As Subject Leader for the Foundation Phase, I supported curriculum compliance, assessment accuracy, teacher development, and book audits.

I'm now looking to bring my planning, communication, assessment, people development, and ability to explain complex concepts clearly into a corporate environment.
