At MedOrange Pharmacies, I manage customer accounts, medical aid claims, reconciliations, and debtor transactions in Sage.
I follow up unpaid or rejected claims, analyse weekly rejection reports, and resolve discrepancies to support collections and payment accuracy. I also monitor overdue accounts, contact individual and institutional clients, and negotiate payment arrangements to improve cash flow.
I'm an ACCA student working toward becoming a Chartered Accountant, having completed the ACCA Diploma in Accounting and Business.
I bring practical experience in financial reporting, account reconciliation, debt collection, Sage Pastel Partner, QuickBooks, SAP, and Advanced Excel, alongside a strong commitment to confidentiality, integrity, and SOP compliance.
