Taru Satija

I’m a creative thinker with a passion for literature and writing, and I’m focused on building deeper expertise in publishing and editorial work. I also bring research and academic writing experience into how I approach content, structure, and clarity.

Through my volunteership with Ektara Trust during the annual New Delhi World Book Fair, I gained direct insight into the publishing and editorial process. By interacting with authors, illustrators, and publishers, I developed a stronger understanding and appreciation of the literary and publishing industry.

Alongside my education, I’ve worked on editorial responsibilities including being a Student Editor for the College Magazine (Rambler) and serving on multiple editorial boards. I’ve also contributed articles across platforms, including publishing two original articles in a literary anthology, Dawn of The Dusk, and writing for college and society publications like Rambler, Srishti, and a mental health society newsletter.

I’m looking to gain more experience and “amalgamate and streamline” my ideas—while continuing to grow in editorial coordination, copy editing, and content development. I’m especially drawn to roles where thoughtful writing, research, and careful editing come together.
