What I'm looking for

I'm looking for a retail leadership opportunity where I can lead merchandising, operations, staffing, inventory, and customer experience while helping stores run efficiently.

At TJ Maxx, I keep product moving door to floor daily while maintaining organized, efficient store operations. I assemble hanging POD systems and display units, plan markdowns from Home Office reports, and support stores across the district as a key merchandiser.

I’ve managed operations, hiring, onboarding, scheduling, payroll budgets, and year-end inventories. I’m proficient in Kronos, WorkJam, Workday, and ADP.

As a coordinator, department supervisor, and key carrier, I learned every department in the store and trained associates on policies and procedures. I also handle staff and customer concerns with a focus on de-escalation and clear expectations.

My fashion design background informs my experience styling customers, merchandising to planograms, creating mannequin displays, fulfilling e-commerce orders, and producing hand-sewn veils.
