What I'm looking for

I’m looking to drive telecom and satellite regulatory strategy—turning policy drafts into executable authorizations, spectrum decisions, and compliant launch plans—while collaborating across legal, technical teams, and regulators to deliver measurable outcomes.

I build practical regulatory strategy at the intersection of law, policy, and telecom operations. At Bharti Airtel, I manage consultations for TRAI and shape industry-ready inputs on authorisation, spectrum, and service rules.

I focus on the full policy-to-implementation lifecycle—commenting on draft rules under the Telecommunications Act 2023 across service and network authorisations, spectrum auctions and adjudication/appeal mechanisms. I also advise on telecom cyber security, lawful interception, and critical telecommunication infrastructure.

I’ve driven complex, cross-stakeholder launches, including single-handed oversight of all regulatory requirements for Eutelsat OneWeb’s SatCom services in India. I obtained IN-SPACe authorization for the Eutelsat OneWeb NGSO constellation and managed end-to-end operational clearances/approvals, including security clearance and Remote Access (RA) Guidelines.

Before Airtel, I served as a Research Associate (Legal) at TRAI, where I conducted legal research on draft legislation and consumer-facing regulatory implications. I drafted and vetted regulations and orders, supported litigation management through pleadings, and contributed to appeal and LPA processes.
