At Teleperformance (Formerly Majorel), I direct a global BI and data engineering organization building scalable Azure data foundations and automated pipelines.

I’m architecting the move from legacy Azure SQL and Azure Data Factory workflows to Microsoft Fabric and Medallion Architecture. My work includes enterprise semantic models, Star Schema design, advanced DAX, and automated deployments with Power BI Git integration and Azure DevOps.

I’ve advanced AI-enabled analytics by structuring semantic schemas for natural-language querying and using automated anomaly detection to highlight business irregularities. I also engineer SQL stored procedures and transformation layers to automate regional data ingestion.

Previously at Raya CX, I architected Power BI solutions and led a team of analysts establishing data governance and reporting frameworks aligned with COPC standards. Earlier roles there covered performance analytics, Six Sigma improvement projects, quality assurance, and internal auditing.
