What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a role where I can build end-to-end BI solutions—gold-layer pipelines, semantic models, and interactive Power BI dashboards—while partnering with HR, Finance, Sales, and Operations to turn complex data into decisions.

I build executive HR and operations dashboards and data products using Microsoft Fabric and Power BI, turning raw event logs into gold-layer semantic models. At DataSkool — Reef Group, I delivered HR headcount/turnover visibility, rebuilt customer analytics with RFM and cohorts, and investigated cash reconciliation issues to surface a bug in the live financial report.

Earlier, at Andalusia Hospitals, I standardized organizational structure data for manpower planning, automated HR workflows with SharePoint Lists and Power Automate, and built hospital and departmental performance reporting in Excel and interactive Power BI. I also cleaned and transformed data at U-Care Labs with Python and created stakeholder dashboards for decision-making.
