I deliver pre- and post-contract quantity surveying for David Adamson & Partners Overseas in Doha, supporting infrastructure, expressway, hospitality, healthcare, education, fit-out, and luxury villa projects including Lusail infrastructure, Doha Oasis, New Doha Port, and Gewan Island.
Across 12 years in quantity surveying, I prepare pre-tender estimates, cost plans, BOQs, tender evaluations, cost analyses, interim payment recommendations, monthly cost reports, variation orders, cash-flow charts, and client-change estimates. I’m conversant with tendering and estimating for building construction and civil engineering works, as well as Building and Civil Engineering Conditions of Contract.
Earlier, I worked on interior fit-out tenders and subcontractor payments at Jaidah Group, and supported tendering, payment schedules, cash-flow forecasts, and technical drawings at Trading & Agency Services and Planning Consultancy. I also bring Global BIM Management training and practical measurement software capability.
