What I'm looking for

I'm looking to support major EPC and EPCC projects where I can strengthen cost management, contracts, commercial management, project controls, and estimation across pre- and post-contract delivery.

I'm leading post-contract commercial management for the E&I scope of thyssenkrupp Uhde's QAFCO 7 Ammonia Plant, a major EPCC turnkey project in Qatar. I manage quantity surveying, cost control, contract administration, change management, and commercial reporting through project execution.

I've built my career across 13+ years of EPC, EPCC, oil and gas, industrial, MEP, commercial, and residential projects in Qatar, Saudi Arabia, Oman, and India. My work spans the full project lifecycle, from tendering, MTO/QTO, BOQ development, rate analysis, and procurement support through billing, forecasting, variations, claims, and subcontract management.

At Special Technical Services, I managed E&I tendering and estimation for major oil and gas and industrial projects, and previously led post-contract commercial management under PDO's Project Delivery Contract. I prepared budgets, cash-flow forecasts, payment applications, reconciliations, variation reports, subcontract agreements, and techno-commercial evaluations while mentoring junior QS engineers.

I use RIB iTWO, CostX, PlanSwift, and AutoCAD to support accurate measurement, reporting, and commercial decisions. I bring contract-based analysis and practical execution experience to protect entitlement, manage risk, and improve commercial performance on major projects.
