At Staffbase, I designed an event-driven aggregation system processing millions of events daily, integrated two products into a shared ecosystem, and reduced demo provisioning from hours to minutes through an automated spin-up pipeline. I also shipped an end-to-end test suite that reduced reported demo bugs by about 90% and improved security across demo environments with a new password-management policy.
I enjoy starting projects from scratch: gathering requirements, defining architecture, partnering with stakeholders, launching MVPs, and iterating on feedback.
