I'm looking for a role coordinating projects, workflows, stakeholders, and documentation across cross-functional or international teams, where I can support clear communication, reliable delivery, and organized operational processes.

I've coordinated operations and engagement at Room 8 Studio, done research and coordination for PreviewLabs, and coordinated the production for an international 3D animated feature film at Quixotes Films. I keep distributed teams, stakeholders, requirements, deliverables, and documentation aligned across English- and Spanish-speaking environments.

My work includes workload planning for 15+ specialists, market research, process handovers, progress reporting, database organization, and translating feedback into actionable guidelines. I bring experience across creative production, research, education, and cultural institutions, supported by Agile Foundations training and strong Excel, Google Workspace, Notion, Asana, and Jira skills.
