I’m a versatile shop owner and operations professional with a strong track record in customer service, administrative support, logistics, and quality control. Since Jan 2024, I’ve been an Etsy Shop Owner managing an online store that sells print on demand items—overseeing designs, handling marketing, and managing customer interactions. Previously, as an Office Manager at Tom Marshall Roofing (1989-2002), I managed office operations including scheduling, payroll, and customer service, while coordinating with vendors and clients.

My background also spans patient intake data entry at St Marys Hospital (2002-2004), quality control checks and inventory/order support as a Warehouse Associate at Geotemps (2004-2005), and hands-on accountability as a Truck Driver at Capurro Trucking (2006-2007) through pre and post trip inspections and accurate logs. I’m adaptable, eager to contribute, and committed to training and process accuracy.
