At LaBaguette / Café Kitsune, I own the end-to-end supply chain for an 18-outlet operation, from sourcing and import clearance to warehousing and distribution. I delivered USD 212K in confirmed annual food-cost savings by consolidating suppliers and developing regional sources, and cut packaging cost per unit by 68%.

I built Café Kitsune’s Kuwait supply chain from the ground up, including procurement, vendor management, logistics, and demand planning. Earlier, at M.H. AlshayaCo., I drafted the Food Division Procurement Policy adopted division-wide and piloted its tendering framework; at DankeBio Market, I established supply-chain infrastructure for a new organic supermarket concept.
