At Avoca AI, I extend production AI voice assistants for home-services businesses using Vapi and ElevenLabs. I built booking and CRM flows that identify callers, check availability, and book jobs during calls.

I also developed versioned multi-agent blueprints and per-team knowledge bases, so businesses can customize assistants while inheriting template fixes. I shipped call routing and tools that trace production calls to the configurations, prompts, and tools that served them.

Previously at Adobe, I built messaging and personalization systems, including a Kafka delivery pipeline sustaining 10K TPS and a personalization engine powering 1B+ emails per week. I also built Paperwork, a Chrome extension that autofills job applications using saved resume and profile details.
