I've worked at Impact Research & Measurement since 2018, turning media coverage, brand performance, and competitive data into actionable client insights. Since April 2024, I've combined my Research Analyst responsibilities with a Business Analyst role in the IT domain.

I gather requirements and translate client needs into BRDs, FRDs, use cases, test cases, process flows, and functional specifications for reporting portals. I've supported features including report downloads, customized dashboards, search filters, automated chart generation, trend analysis, and structured database queries.

I work closely with clients, developers, and co-analysts through stakeholder workshops, UAT sessions, Scrum ceremonies, quality checks, and feedback cycles. My reporting experience spans media, telecom, FMCG, automotive, consumer electronics, and financial services, using Power BI, Excel, and PowerPoint to present clear findings.

Previously, at Inoviea Consulting & Services, I delivered market research across real estate, logistics, agriculture, warehousing, solar, industrial parks, and ship bunkering. I've also led teams, supported business development, and presented research findings directly to clients.
