I'm currently leading product, brand, and web design at Triibe, where I own the design function within a 70-person organization. I directed the AI-assisted Wren Gala website build as designer, developer, and product owner, shipping it in about two weeks with no hand-written code.

At ZingHR, I improved the Employee Dossier experience for 2M+ active users and reduced data retrieval time by 15%. I also designed Rewards and Recognition from scratch for enterprise customers and led the 0-to-1 design of the MyRCloud recruiting platform, supporting closure of 3,000+ positions.

I build systems that make complex workflows clearer, from Figma token architectures and component libraries to AI conversation flows with fallback states, confidence thresholds, and trust-aware messaging. My design-system work at ZingHR grew from 20 to 50 components and was adopted into engineering's codebase.

Through projects such as UrbanPark and GenAI adoption research, I've turned qualitative research into end-to-end marketplace, AI, and accessibility-minded product decisions. I'm focused on Senior Product Designer, Lead Product Designer, and Founding Designer opportunities in AI/ML, SaaS, Fintech, and HR Tech.
