Tannu Kajal

I’m a Master’s student in Stochastic and Data Science with a strong foundation in probabilistic modeling, statistical reasoning, and machine learning. I’m passionate about converting complex data into actionable insights, and I’m now seeking a role in industry to apply analytical and algorithmic skills to real-world challenges.

At Maruti Suzuki, I worked as a Data Analyst from 01/2024 to 10/2024, where I collected, cleaned, and analyzed engine performance data to uncover trends and ensure data integrity. I built an interactive dashboard to visualize key performance indicators, supported decision-making by translating complex experimental results into actionable insights for design optimization, and prepared technical reports summarizing test outcomes, efficiency metrics, and quality indicators.

In my internship at SV Software (03/2025 to 06/2025), I developed core components of a cognitive assistant using natural language processing and knowledge representation techniques. I also designed logical reasoning workflows and semantic structures aligned with the company’s product domain, strengthening my ability to build solutions that connect data, reasoning, and user value.

Across my projects and coursework, I focus on rigorous analysis and clear communication—whether I’m building interactive dashboards for engine performance, or developing an offline speech-to-IPA engine using real-time speech recognition concepts. I bring a strong toolkit in Python, R, SQL, and modern data/ML libraries, and I enjoy solving problems end-to-end from data preparation to decision-ready outputs.
