Tanmay Rastogi

At Jaycee Tech Pvt. Ltd., I architect and maintain a production Django Candidate Management System for candidate data, assessments, officer ratings, scheduling, and results for the Indian Army.

I designed a federated architecture with one master and four regional instances, using PostgreSQL pglogical replication across air-gapped servers. I deploy and operate the stack on offline Ubuntu Linux servers with Docker, Docker Compose, Nginx, PostgreSQL, and Redis.

I improve backend reliability with Redis caching and Celery async workloads; the production stack also uses Kafka for event flow where needed.

Outside work, I built and shipped Handzio, a live ecommerce marketplace connecting artisans with buyers across India. My projects also include an open-source email-harvesting browser extension, a phone-microphone audio system, and applied machine learning projects.
