I’m a data-driven professional with 5+ years of experience across telecommunications and healthcare. I specialize in dashboard development, business intelligence, predictive analytics, and machine learning, with a strong focus on delivering high-quality outputs ahead of deadlines.

In my most recent role as Senior Data Analyst at Embla Software Innovation (Pvt) Ltd supporting Zuellig Pharma, I led end-to-end development of 20+ sales analytics dashboards for multinational pharmaceutical companies across 8 Asian countries. I also managed monthly data cleaning, preparation, and refresh for 30+ dashboards, using business rule validation to keep reporting accurate and aligned with stakeholders.

I migrated 10+ Tableau dashboards to Google Looker, including SAP HANA view development, data validation, and UAT—improving scalability, performance, and reporting accuracy. I’ve also built end-to-end machine learning models for demand forecasting in uncovered markets to support supply chain decisions.

Earlier, at DIALOG AXIATA PLC, I developed customer profiling and customer segmentation using rule-based analysis and ML models, built anomaly detection and time-series prediction for daily MBB customer behavior, and created dashboards and data marts for KPIs, net adds, churn, and usage trends. Throughout, I collaborate closely with clients and global stakeholders to gather requirements, resolve data queries, and enhance analytics based on feedback.
