At Reliance Jio I developed 30+ RESTful CRUD APIs using Spring Boot MVC on OracleDB, implemented caching for in-app notifications, built client-facing APIs with Spring WebFlux, and implemented an SMTP email system serving 200k+ customers monthly.
I have strong experience debugging pre-production issues, reducing MTTR to under one day, and auditing notification flows in Postgres to raise lower-environment fidelity to production levels.
