Tanishka Sharma

Hi, I’m Tanishka. I am an aspiring publishing and communication professional with an English Honours background and hands-on experience in writing, editing, and project coordination. I bring curiosity, adaptability, and enthusiasm to every project I join.

As a freelance project manager, I supported the creation of I’m a Climate Optimist (Penguin Random House India), managing research, resources, and project files while coordinating with editors and supporting outreach efforts. I was acknowledged in the book as Project Manager, which reflects my ability to contribute meaningfully across publishing workflows.

In freelance brand and content roles, I supported the launch of the Slambook Journal, helping with content, layout, messaging, positioning, and promotional ideas while working closely with founders. I have practical experience shaping brand communication and assisting in content strategy and social media coordination.

I am building a personal website, Wildlife Threads, to raise awareness about endangered and street animals in India, showing my commitment to meaningful storytelling and long-term project development. I seek opportunities—especially internships—to learn publishing processes further and contribute with strong organizational skills and a collaborative mindset.
