Indhumathi Sankaran

I created and edited book-focused Instagram reels, turning literary recommendations and reading culture into accessible content for digital audiences. This independent Bookstagram work strengthened my understanding of reader communities, visual storytelling, content strategy, and book promotion.

During my English Language Teacher internship at Government Secondary School, Shadipur, I delivered grammar, comprehension, and essay-writing lessons. I designed and assessed written assignments, building practical proofreading, constructive-feedback, and content-adaptation skills.

I'm pursuing an MA in English Literature and bring academic and creative writing, copy-editing, fact-checking, and close textual evaluation to editorial, publishing assistant, and marketing work. I’m especially drawn to literary fiction, book editing, and promotions that connect books with readers.
