What I'm looking for

I'm looking to lead and improve QA for business-critical mobile, web, payments, or hardware-integrated products, contributing hands-on testing, release quality, cross-functional collaboration, and team mentoring.

At NGRAVE, I lead end-to-end quality validation for its mobile application and hardware cold-wallet ecosystem, defining QA processes from scratch and maintaining test plans, cases, RTMs, and summary reports.

I've tested business-critical payment and banking products for Google Pay and Wells Fargo, covering mobile releases, POS terminals, microapps, digital payments, mobile wallets, and authentication flows. My work spans functional, regression, integration, compatibility, localization, accessibility, release, and UAT testing.

I also coordinate releases, defect triage, bug bashes, and distributed QA delivery while onboarding and mentoring team members.
