I am a software quality assurance professional with eight years of experience testing CRM web applications, primarily in the Telecom and Public Sector domains. I combine manual and automated testing skills to ensure high-quality releases across SDLC phases.

My hands-on automation experience includes Java, Selenium WebDriver, TestNG, Cucumber, Maven, IntelliJ, CI/CD with Jenkins, Git/Bitbucket, REST-assured and Postman for API testing. I have built and maintained automation frameworks, executed regression suites, and produced test metrics and reports for stakeholders.

I participate actively in Agile/Scrum teams, perform root-cause defect analysis, prepare test plans and data, and communicate test progress to management. I focus on reliable test automation, comprehensive test coverage and continuous integration to accelerate safe delivery.
