I’m a Cloud Operations professional and Escalation Lead with experience in Microsoft Global Project for Data Movement and Integration. I specialize in technical and operational reporting to management, with a strong focus on SLA adherence and risk management to keep delivery aligned with strategic goals.

In my current role (Cloud Engineer – Escalation Lead), I design, develop, and manage data solutions using Microsoft Fabric—Lakehouse, Data Engineering workloads, Data Pipelines, and KQL database capabilities. I build and optimize ETL/ELT processes, develop data models for reporting and analytics, and implement scalable storage and management using Azure services.

I monitor, analyze, and troubleshoot data pipelines to ensure reliability and timely issue resolution, investigating failures and inconsistencies using logs, monitoring tools, and root-cause analysis. I also collaborate with stakeholders and engineering teams to gather requirements, communicate clearly across technical and non-technical audiences, and maintain operational runbooks and technical documentation.
