Owned Spinners’ press, publicity, and brand strategy, delivering 4,000+ media placements through The Spinners Homecoming Weekend and supporting their Rock & Roll Hall of Fame induction (Class of 2023) after four tries. Coordinated the donation of 400+ iconic stage uniforms to the Motown Museum and managed end-to-end promotion and a 2024 music-video production (timeline, budget, COI, crew/travel).

Completed an ahead-of-schedule contract review for University of the Sciences in anticipation of its merger with Saint Joseph’s University, analyzing conflicts, duplication, and which obligations would survive. Advised colleagues across working groups and established weekly standards with a Saint Joseph’s counterpart to determine surviving vendor agreements.

Served on the Board of Directors for The SCALE Fellowship (2019–2023), supporting Black women in the music industry by building entrepreneurial acumen and connecting aspiring musicians to opportunities and resources.

Reviewed and produced responsive agreements, correspondence, and business documents to fulfill the FTC’s Second Request in support of Amazon’s $8.5B merger with MGM. Performed second-level quality control on colleagues’ work to strengthen compliance with FTC Second Request parameters.

Managed a comprehensive contract management portfolio focused on optimizing banking and SaaS agreements with third-party vendors to align with risk capacity and business goals. Facilitated third-party governance efforts, renegotiated Master Level Agreements for compliance with Dodd-Frank, GLBA, and GDPR, and conducted comparative gap analyses and contract risk assessments, including invoice reason

Served as a Special Projects Real Estate Specialist on the Land Management Team, negotiating ground leases and lease extensions and increasing Minneapolis District yearly profit by $400,000+ in a down-cycle telecom market. Provided SME support for condemnations and site abandonments and created a streamlined lease-renewal process using synthesized pricing models with tight deadlines.

Supported the Minneapolis District as an Area Real Estate Specialist, assisting with volume fiber install applications and securing consents for new colocations and equipment modifications. Outperformed cycle-time projections and collaborated with sales directors and asset managers to tailor leasing strategies to each customer.

Led a portfolio of 200+ contested default mortgage matters across Northeastern states and Florida, coordinating with outside counsel and internal teams to mitigate risk and help borrowers remain in their homes. Managed discovery and court pleadings, secured witnesses for hearings/trials/mediations, and oversaw outside counsel and approved attorney fees.

Implemented REO procedures to comply with the Tenant Protection Act/Making Homes Affordable Act. Coordinated evictions with legal counsel nationwide, authorized “Cash for Keys” transactions up to $3,000, and served as the primary hub between asset managers, attorneys, and agents.

Processed insurance claims as the main insurance-claims contact while overseeing risk-management compliance projects and insurance meetings. Oversaw the RFP bidding process and prepared litigation materials including complaints, memoranda, statutory appeals, exhibits, and a maintained litigation calendar supported by Westlaw research.

Acted as contract liaison with brand licensees, communicating Electrolux licensing standards across the Middle East, Asia, and South America and drafting licensing agreements and supplier authorizations for customs. Collected evidence and prepared files for trademark oppositions, supported royalty-growth strategy, and managed/protected Electrolux’s intellectual property and global brand portfolio.
