As Independent Counsel before the Hon’ble High Court of Delhi and tribunals, I represented independent clients and companies in writ petitions, execution petitions and suits involving arbitration and intellectual property rights, obtaining favorable orders and decrees.
I drafted lease, confidentiality and non-disclosure agreements, along with legal notices, replies and court pleadings. I also provided counsel at the Chambers of Mr. Saurabh Kirpal, Senior Advocate, where I assisted with arbitration and commercial litigation and supported arbitral proceedings, including preparing draft awards in coordination with the Ld. Arbitrator.
At Chambers of Jaitley & Bakhshi, I advised corporates and financial institutions on civil, commercial and regulatory disputes. I led end-to-end dispute strategy and handled commercial litigation and arbitration matters involving manufacturing agreements, construction contracts and regulatory actions.
Earlier, at Menon & Associates, I drafted civil and commercial pleadings and represented clients before courts, tribunals and regulatory authorities. I took a planned career break for maternity and family commitments from August 2023 to July 2026, while continuing to follow legal developments through professional reading and updates.
