What I'm looking for

I’m seeking a corporate legal / in-house counsel role where I can combine 4+ years of litigation, contract drafting (MSAs, leases, NDAs) and AI-assisted research to support disputes, compliance and drafting with speed and precision.

I’m an Advocate with 4+ years of practice spanning the Supreme Court, Delhi High Court, Delhi District Courts, Gurugram District Court, and Gorakhpur District Court. I handle the full litigation lifecycle—research, drafting, client interactions, and court appearances—across criminal, civil, matrimonial, and commercial matters.

Over 2.5 years of sustained caseload, I drafted and filed over 150 legal documents, including plaints, written statements, criminal complaints, interlocutory applications, bail applications, affidavits, and written arguments. I’ve also worked through the IPC-to-BNS and CrPC-to-BNSS transition, building practical familiarity with procedural changes introduced by the new criminal laws.

Alongside courtroom work, I provide exposure to corporate contract drafting and currently pursue an Advanced Contract Drafting diploma. My practice includes research and drafting across a broad statute range—from civil procedure and contract frameworks to data protection and cyber security—supported by AI-assisted legal research and drafting using Claude, ChatGPT, and Gemini.
