Taniko Johnson

I’m a detail oriented professional with over 20+ year’s experience solving customer related issues and supporting people through practical, hands-on guidance. I’m currently serving as a Parent Educator, and I’m eager to build on this experience with a team that needs steady, compassionate support.

From March 2025 to present, I taught 10 course parenting classes and completed observation visits with parents and their children. I also gave clients resources for food pantries, helping families connect to support that makes an immediate difference.

Previously, I worked as a Peer Specialist for Children’s Home Society (February 2024–March 2025), coordinating care and treatment with my wraparound team. I visited clients weekly and worked on relapse preventions plans, while also providing additional weekly resources.

I’ve also coordinated support through roles including Peer Specialist at Inspire to Rise, Behavioral Tech at Beaches Recovery, and community-focused work with therapists and case managers. Earlier experience includes customer-facing work as a Baker/cook and logistics work as a Package Handler at UPS, which strengthened my reliability, focus driven approach, and quick learner mindset.
