What I'm looking for

I'm looking to manage commercial contracts, legal operations, compliance and governance in a cross-functional, international environment where I can improve processes, mitigate risk and support commercially workable outcomes.

I'm supporting Northern Consortium UK Ltd across the UK, Asia, China and EMEA, managing commercial contracts from drafting and negotiation through renewal and close-out.

I've drafted and negotiated Master Agreements, MSAs, SLAs, NDAs, MOUs, consultancy, service and tripartite agreements while conducting due diligence, KYB and sanctions screening. I partner with Academic, Quality, Finance, Business Development and Operations teams to strengthen governance and deliver commercially workable outcomes.

Previously, I standardised international agent agreements at Global University Systems and improved contract-data accuracy at Legalbook/Legalfox Consulting, reducing review time by 70%. I also supported AI product testing and helped improve product-result accuracy to over 80%.
