I’m looking for a role where I can support legal teams with precise research, drafting, and case-file organization, while delivering client service through clear, empathetic communication and reliable administration—plus room to grow in legal and communications practice.

I’m a law, public relations, advertising, and marketing professional who brings a client-first mindset to legal work. I combine law research, drafting, and document review with clear, empathetic stakeholder communication.

As a Paralegal at Progress Law (UK), I supported solicitors with case preparation, correspondence, and day-to-day matter administration. I conducted research, reviewed relevant materials, drafted and proofread client updates and basic legal documents, and maintained accurate, confidential case files.

Before that, I handled high-volume customer service as a Customer Care Representative at NetOne, managing 150+ calls daily and consistently achieving 95%+ satisfaction. I resolved billing, service, and account issues through calm conflict resolution and strong rapport-building.
