I’m a results-driven rugby coach and referee, focused on developing young athletes through structured training and strong character building. Since June 2024, I’ve coached young players aged 7–14 at Red Rhinos Rugby Academy, planning and delivering sessions that strengthen core rugby skills, teamwork, and match readiness.
As a Rugby Referee with the Zambian Rugby Referees Society (July 2023–Present), I officiate 7s and 15s matches, ensuring fair play and confident decision-making under pressure. I also support the academy’s growth through marketing and admin work—managing social media platforms (Facebook, TikTok) and handling communication, coordination, and data handling—while bringing reliable computer literacy (Microsoft Word, Excel, email handling) and accurate record keeping.
