I'm a civil engineer and construction project management professional with over 7 years of experience delivering large-scale residential and commercial projects across North America; more than $540M in combined project value, all in the Greater Toronto Area, one of the most active and demanding high-rise markets on the continent.

Most recently, as Assistant Project Manager at CentreCourt, I helped deliver 252 Church, a $280M, 52-storey residential tower with 681 suites, on an aggressive schedule from construction start through final occupancy. I led Division 1 procurement end-to-end, issued and administered all trade subcontracts, maintained the master project schedule in Microsoft Project, and managed change orders, cost exposure tracking, and municipal approvals. I also coordinated the restoration of a heritage building within the project scope.

Before that, I coordinated a $267M high-rise project at Skygrid Construction and managed 14 commercial renovation projects end-to-end at Fox Contracting, where I owned schedules, budgets, procurement, and subcontractor teams directly.

What I do best sits at the intersection of process and people: tendering and procurement, subcontract administration, scheduling, document control, and keeping consultants, trades, and city authorities aligned so projects keep moving. I'm highly proficient in Procore, Microsoft Project, Excel, Viewpoint Vista, and Jonas.

I hold a Bachelor of Civil Engineering and a Construction Management Postgraduate Certificate from Centennial College in Toronto. I'm fluent in English and Portuguese, and I'm looking for remote opportunities with US-based companies where I can bring North American construction standards, rigor, and delivery experience to a distributed team, whether in project management, project controls, procurement, or construction operations.
