Tamrat Negatu

At Cultivaid Ethiopia, I delivered technical support for irrigation, greenhouse, and agricultural production systems in rural communities, leading field teams of more than 100 workers. I installed and supervised drip, sprinkler, and gravity-fed irrigation systems while planning seasonal vegetable and fruit crop production.

I've trained farmers and youth groups in horticulture, nursery management, pest management, and post-harvest handling, using practical demonstrations in Amharic and English. I collaborate with government offices, community leaders, and development partners to strengthen climate-smart agriculture, women's participation, youth employment, and sustainable rural development.
