What I'm looking for

I’m seeking a position where I can use my communication, writing, and project management skills, with opportunities to contribute to storytelling and strategic communications.

At Synertex LLC, I supported strategic communications and outreach for the federal government and the Defense Counterintelligence and Security Agency. I developed and distributed internal and external newsletters reaching over 40,000 Department of War subscribers.

I also wrote articles and other communications products, and supported messaging, event communications, and branding. The DCSA Security Academy Director recognized my work twice with commendation letters.

At Johns Hopkins Applied Physics Lab, I wrote and edited internal and external content, including stories for APL News Wire, distributed to more than 8,000 staff. I also managed communications products and led the publication review and release-day distribution process.

Earlier, at Woodstock Job Corps Center, I worked in community outreach and marketing, building employer partnerships and writing newsletters and press releases. I hold a Bachelor of Science in Mass Communication with a Journalism minor from McDaniel College.
