I’m a Detail-oriented Credit Executive with hands-on experience in microfinance credit operations across CIBIL report verification, KYC documentation, and Joint Liability Group (JLG) and group loan processing. At DJT Microfinance, I verified CIBIL credit reports to assess repayment history, credit score, and overall loan eligibility before processing applications.

I process JLG and group loan applications end-to-end—collecting and verifying documentation, preparing credit files, coordinating disbursement, and supporting approval-ready credit documentation such as sanction letters. I also conduct KYC verification (Aadhaar, PAN, address proof, and photograph) to ensure compliance with RBI KYC norms, while managing customer service interactions and maintaining accurate, updated loan records for smooth audit readiness.
