I've supported customer service, sales, upselling, and store operations at ALDO, Stylish Shop, and Venus Shop. My work includes assisting customers, managing transactions, organizing inventory, maintaining store presentation, and contributing to sales targets.

Alongside retail, I completed Digital Marketing training at CIS College and serve as a paramedic with the Lebanese Red Cross, supporting emergency medical response and field activities. I bring communication, teamwork, organization, and a responsible approach across commercial and community environments.
