I’m looking for a backend Java/Kotlin role where I can design scalable services, improve performance, and strengthen observability with tracing/metrics—while contributing to engineering quality and mentoring teammates.

I’m a results-driven Java/Kotlin backend developer with 8+ years of experience in designing service architectures, optimizing performance, and building reliable integrations. In my current role, I work on services such as an AML Statement Service that generates Excel outputs from transaction data and a Compliance Restrictions Service that enables customer blocking across internal banking systems using REST and Kafka.

I’ve also driven major improvements in how teams adapt the business: I designed a new Statement Constructor architecture that reduced the time for business modifications from several days to just a few hours. I implemented tracing across our services, significantly improving incident resolution speed, and I make sure technical debt, service reliability, and monitoring/alerting coverage stay on track while mentoring junior developers.
