What I'm looking for

I want a role coordinating day-to-day operations and customer support, working with remote teams and digital tools to resolve issues, manage schedules, and keep performance aligned with targets.

I run Tamam Joumaa Beauty, handling retail and e-commerce end-to-end: sourcing, online sales, customer support, inventory, order fulfillment, and client consultations. I plan and run social media and digital marketing campaigns to grow online reach and drive sales.

Before that, I led customer-facing work at Beirut Duty Free, delivering high-end beauty product consultations in a fast-paced, high-traffic airport environment and consistently meeting monthly sales targets through upselling and cross-selling. I also managed executive scheduling and VIP client communications as an Executive Secretary at Joe Raad Haute Coiffure.

I’ve also co-managed store operations at Bestseller Company and handled POS transactions, cash reconciliation, and financial auditing accuracy at Azadea Group. I’m comfortable coordinating remotely, tracking performance against targets, and communicating clearly in written English across digital tools.
