At TEAMSOLVE PTE LTD, I lead development of LeadTwinConnect, a field data platform supporting 12 enterprise clients across 90+ branches. I designed asynchronous APIs for data capture, reporting, notifications, ingestion, and insight retrieval.

I strengthened the time-series insight pipeline, reducing data retrieval latency by 25%, and developed dashboards supporting more than 50,000 time-series records. I also built reusable notification pipelines and added photo, video, and OCR support for field data capture.

At TEAMSOLVE PTE LTD, I built 14+ Fulcrum data pipelines and JSON-to-Neo4j mappings for knowledge graph insights. My project work includes ASKCOLE, an LLM-powered knowledge assistant using RAG, and HIGH9, a cloud infrastructure risk monitoring system.
