I support Hollywood Bets’ finance and compliance operations by reconciling transactions, investigating discrepancies, and preparing ageing reports for follow-up.
As an AML Analyst and FICA Agent, I manage FICA administration, collect and analyze data, review PEP, sanctions, and adverse-media alerts, and compile enhanced due diligence reports. I also report STRs, CTRs, and SARs and supported POPI readiness administration.
I bring reporting, financial data analysis, SQL querying, Python data analytics, and advanced Excel skills to large volumes of operational information. I use formulas, pivot tables, reconciliation, VBA automation, and Power Query to produce accurate insights.
Previously, I led a Cell C call centre team, maintained training and development plans, handled administration, and worked toward departmental KPIs. I’m detail-oriented and focused on identifying workflow trends before they affect business success.
