I help airlines, aggregators, and travel agencies adopt NDC distribution workflows at Travvise Technologies, an NDC aggregator, across multiple international markets.

I manage customer onboarding and implementation—then support growth through training, product demonstrations, and operational enablement—so partners can move from traditional GDS/EDIFACT channels into modern NDC-based booking, servicing, and post-sales flows.

Before that, at Amadeus, I supported airline distribution and travel technology solutions by onboarding customers, delivering consultative product expertise, and running validations and pilot implementations for NDC capabilities, OTA platforms, and airline distribution products.

Earlier, as an Amadeus customer support specialist, I investigated complex NDC and EDIFACT booking, ticketing, servicing, and PNR issues, ran root cause analysis for pricing and connectivity problems, and contributed incident reports and knowledge base articles to improve operational excellence.
