I lead daily assay laboratory operations at Kamativi Mining Company, calibrating XRF, UV, and AAS equipment and interpreting lithium and iron ore data for mine planning and plant decisions. I developed a 2-Acid digestion protocol that improved efficiency by 15% without compromising accuracy.

Previously, I processed over 250 gold, silver, and PGM samples per shift at Performance Laboratories using fire assaying, 4-Acid digestion, and AAS. I bring hands-on experience in QA/QC, CRMs, duplicate sampling, HIRA, chemical safety, and laboratory supervision.
