What I'm looking for

I'm looking for a role where I can use customer communication, teaching, record management, and problem-solving skills to support people, improve services, and contribute to a collaborative organisation.

I supported New Covenant Christian College International as the main contact for parents, handling enquiries, admissions information, payment reminders, feedback, and CRM records with empathy and professionalism.

I've also taught English Studies and Literature to classes of 40 students at Boma Group of Schools, while using Sage 50 and Excel for accounting, inventory, and data management in a regional accountant role.
