What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a role where I can support users with technical issues, resolve problems quickly, and keep customers satisfied—while growing through teamwork, clear communication, and strong customer service.

I’m a customer-focused Computer Science graduate from Lagos State University, driven by strong communication and a passion for delivering excellent customer experiences. I’ve supported customers through enquiries, service requests, and accurate processing of customer photo orders, always aiming to keep service delivery quality high.

In my Information System Intern role at Consol Limited, I assisted staff with technical enquiries and computer-related issues, supported software, hardware, and internet connectivity, and maintained accurate records of technical support activities. Alongside IT support, I bring digital media experience as a Senior Editor, Media Director, and Graphic Designer—creating content and visuals with tools like Adobe Photoshop and Lightroom.
