I’m a backend developer with 2 years of experience building and maintaining APIs using Java and Spring Boot. I focus on API integration and performance, including optimizing API calls for better user experience. I also earned a Bachelor of Computer Science (BSc) from Caleb University.
In my current IT / Systems Support role at NIMASA, I manage and monitor systems that control access into the building, oversee servers and system operations, and troubleshoot issues to ensure everything runs smoothly and securely.
I build practical projects end-to-end, from an AI-powered sign language and hand gesture recognition system to a Movie Review backend API with authentication and Paystack integration, and a Library Management System API using entity relationships and H2 for prototyping. I enjoy working with teams, and I’m looking to contribute to a remote team while continuing to grow and improve as a developer.
