At Ministry of Home Affairs, GOI, ICJS Project, I act as a bridge between software developers and end-users, translating user needs into technical improvements. I test new software features and modules, report bugs, and train department staff.
I also resolve daily user queries and manage office operations, records, and administrative schedules. Before my promotion, I supported court staff through helpdesk assistance and entered and digitised prosecution records for the e-prosecution platform.
At Doon School Srinagar, Kashmir, I managed school software and the official website, maintained IT infrastructure, and digitised student, staff, and financial records. I also provided technical assistance and basic software training to school staff.
