I've spent five years managing dispatch operations for U.S.-oriented trucking businesses, coordinating schedules, routes, drivers, brokers, and clients in time-sensitive environments.

Through this work, I've handled stakeholder communication, workplace and client conflicts, negotiation, and operational pressure. It has given me firsthand insight into motivation, stress, communication, workload, and organizational performance.

I hold an M.Sc. in Clinical Psychology from the University of Lahore, where my thesis examined self-discipline, social connectedness, and mental health among hostelite students. I'm seeking to develop rigorous research expertise in Industrial/Organizational Psychology through a PhD program, with interests in employee well-being, workplace behavior, organizational culture, and stress management.
