Synthia Wilson
@synthiawilson
In-house legal counsel specializing in tech contracts, regulatory compliance, and corporate governance.
What I'm looking for
I’m an in-house legal counsel with experience across regulatory compliance, contract management, and corporate governance, built for high-stakes client environments. I’m comfortable owning work end-to-end—from first drafts and redlines to risk memoranda and statutory compliance deliverables.
In my current role at Innovaccer (February 2026 – Present), I review, draft, and negotiate technology-focused commercial agreements (MSAs, SOWs, Service Orders, and Change Orders) supporting Sales and Procurement. I also provide contractual risk assessment and prepare risk memoranda for internal stakeholders.
Previously, as a Senior Associate at Ernst & Young GDS, I worked with the onshore CLM team to handle first-level review and drafting of service agreements, Software/SaaS licensing agreements, and NDAs. I prepared first drafts, redlines, and standard contractual clauses while ensuring accuracy, alignment with client playbooks, and strict adherence to client guidelines—earning a SPOT Award for outstanding contribution on a critical client engagement.
Earlier, at ARV Chambers of Law, I handled commercial legal drafting and support for matters in insolvency and bankruptcy, commercial/debt recovery, negotiable instruments, and arbitration. Across internships and research-driven roles, I strengthened my ability to translate complex legal issues into clear submissions—then consistently execute with precision in deadlines, documentation, and compliance workflows (including data collection, validation, access control, and report scheduling via Blueprint/Diligent).
