What I'm looking for

I'm looking for a content moderation or quality assurance role where I can review digital content accurately, enforce platform policies, and contribute to reliable content quality in a structured, SOP-driven team.

At PT Transcosmos Indonesia on the Shopee project, I review short video dramas and cross-border seller listings to identify policy violations and ensure compliance with Indonesian language standards.

I audit product titles, images, videos, descriptions, and category tags, flagging or removing non-compliant content under platform guidelines. I maintain high daily review volume while following detailed SOPs.

My internships with the Directorate General of Taxes and Regional Inspectorate of Yogyakarta strengthened my data verification, administrative review, document processing, and records-management skills.

With a Communication Science background, I bring careful visual and textual review, analytical thinking, and attention to detail to digital content quality control.
